Overview:
For the role of Business Development, Marketing & PR at Quantum Coast Capital, we are seeking a candidate with a robust background that encompasses a broad range of skills and experiences. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the quantum computing industry, driving awareness, and forging strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a rich tapestry of expertise to the table, including but not limited to the following:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Courses or certifications in digital marketing, public relations, strategic management, or entrepreneurship will be advantageous.

Professional Experience:

• Proven track record in business development, marketing, or PR, preferably within the technology, venture capital, or startup ecosystem.
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies, including market entry, product launch, and brand positioning.
• Demonstrated ability in forging and maintaining partnerships and collaborations with startups, technology innovators, and industry influencers.
• Content creation and management: A history of producing engaging and impactful marketing content across various channels (blogs, social media, newsletters) that drives engagement and leads.
• Public Relations: Experience in managing media relations, press releases, and public appearances to enhance company reputation and visibility.
• Event planning and management: Capable of orchestrating events (such as webinars, conferences, and pitch days) that promote networking, knowledge sharing, and company visibility.
• Analytics and market research: Competency in conducting market research and utilizing analytics tools to guide strategy, assess effectiveness, and pivot tactics as necessary.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex quantum computing concepts in accessible terms.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, able to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the quantum computing sector.
