Quantum Coast Capital, LLC and the funds it advises (“QCC”) are based in the U.S. and controlled by U.S. citizens. Each QCC fund is controlled by a general partner entity organized in the State of Florida in the U.S., and not by any of the limited partners of such QCC fund. Voting control of the general partner entities is shared by managing members who are all U.S. citizens.
Limited partners do not have rights to direct investment decisions of the funds, and do not have rights to access or compel access to any of the following of portfolio companies: intellectual property or technologies; information regarding employees, customers and related corporate strategies; premises or facilities; executives or employees; or commercial rights or licenses.
