Holland & Knight and Quantum Coast Capital co-hosted “The Quantum Horizon: Navigating the Future of Technology, Policy, and Law” on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Holland & Knight’s West Palm Beach office.
The program brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and legal experts across three sessions: quantum computing and the policy frameworks around it, including the National Quantum Initiative Act; quantum’s geopolitical and security implications, including the move to new encryption standards; and the legal questions the technology raises for intellectual property, data privacy, and compliance.
